Due to the nature of our business and content volume turnover, we encourage you to download your files within 3 days of purchase.
For monthly memberships, you will have 7 days to download your new monthly content — files are updated on the 8th, 15th and 21st of every month, and should the first of the month fall on a weekend or holiday, your files will be available on the following business day. If you do not download course content, then you may purchase it separately on computer media CDROM (if less than 400MB) or DVD (if greater than 400MB).**
We will send an email reminder to download your items prior to removal, so please make a note of when content is purchased and to secure your content in a timely manner. We cannot be responsible for your computer’s maintenance — computer crashes, software defects, acts of nature, and any other such scenarios or accidents that result in the loss of your files. We recommend you purchase backup computer media at the time you purchase your course content.
We regularly delete files that are over 15 days-old from our content delivery network and cannot guarantee availability beyond two weeks from your initial purchase date. Your content is immediately deleted from our content delivery network upon refunds and cancellations.
Should you request retrieval of your lost content which is currently available, an administrative fee will be incurred at a rate of $60 per hour with a minimum of one hour. Please note that, depending on the number and size of files, this can be upwards of 2-3 hours and this fee shall be payable before files are transferred. Save yourself the time and expense by simply ordering a backup computer media at the time of your purchase.

If you purchase a digital file backup, your content download link is active for one year.
